the breakfast presented an amazing array of choices and the service was superb. i observed the staff was attentive and ensured every need was met promptly. the room was equipped with a super king bed and all expected facilities.
i was unfortunately located adjacent to the air cooling system, which generated an uncomfortable level of noise throughout my stay.

The gym was clean with Technogym equipment I found that acceptable.
The spa closing times were communicated incorrectly I only had fifteen minutes there. My request for a toothbrush was denied I was told they had none. The staff seemed incompetent to me.

the staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was clean, well-equipped, quiet, and warm. we appreciated having a kettle in the room with a choice of tea and coffee. i enjoyed using the hotel's swimming pool.

I found the room well equipped. it had lovely white bedding, and it had fluffy white towels too. i appreciated the mini fridge. Plenty of shampoo was available in the bathroom as well.
the gym's male changing rooms had lockers that i couldn't lock. someone accessed my locker while i was away. they went through my pockets, luckily, i had my money and mobile phone with me.
